Seru Architects is an architecture practice based in Johannesburg which has been operating for 10 years and is looking for a full-time architectural technologist with at least 3 years’ experience.
The candidate must be:
• In possession of a minimum BTech in Architectural Technology
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop and any rendering software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects is advantageous
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in the preparation of council and construction documentation
• Experienced in council and estate submission
• Proficient with site inspections
• Have an intermediate understanding of contract administration & project coordination but exposure to construction management will be extremely advantageous
• Well-spoken and presentable
• Have a valid driver’s licence
• No criminal record

Seru Real Estate is a brand-new estate agency and sister company to Seru Architects and Seru Property Development based in Randburg, Johannesburg. This new boutique firm is looking for an experienced non-principal property practitioner to lead a team of candidate property practitioners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit new property practitioners
Oversee and arrange regular training of property practitioners
Preparation of tenders
Property management
Provide support to the team of property practitioners
Acquire new properties, bring owners and potential buyers together
Find clients through cold-calling, advertising
Follow up on seller and buyer leads
Take quality photos of properties and write up property descriptions for marketing purposes
Show properties to potential buyers
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
Complete and present purchase offers and all relevant documentation
Advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover
Advise and support candidate practitioners throughout the selling process through to registration
Requirements:
Proven minimum 5 years’ experience as a property practitioner with a valid FFC as a non-principal. No candidate practitioners.
Good understanding of the Property Practitioner’s Act 22 of 2019 and the Code of Conduct
Good Leadership and People Skills
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Reliable/ Own Transport
No criminal record
This position is both salaried and commission-based.
