Doornfontein Social Housing

Project description

Doornfontein Social Housing was a proposal for the redevelopment of parts of the Johannesburg inner city in an attempt to rejuvenate and gentrify the city. This proposal consisted of 370 apartment units which would cater for the low to middle income bracket who cannot afford a bank mortgage but are not considered to be poor enough to qualify for RDP housing.
